We awoke ready to eat more delicious French food.  This morning we tried Captain Pub Grill.

Max and I had captain burgers, Julian and dad had tartiflette.  Chef Jim Fisher explains tartiflette in  the following link.

We also had some fondue with lunch.  We like to eat….especially good food.

After lunch we walked around town and found a local park.  I think we scared away the locals, but we had fun on the rides.

After the park, we drove to Chamonix Mont Blanc.  The drive to Chamonix is really cool with the amazing mountains and waterfalls.   We had a hard time finding a camp ground because of the GPS.  Eventually we found a camp site, not the best, but we were hungry… again…so we set up camp and went to get dinner.  It was late so we kept getting turned away from restaurants…we even tried McDonalds…and had to settle for Subway….feels like we are in Texas.  The night ends with subway sandwiches, music from Johnny Cash, and our tent.  Johnny Cash sounds great no matter where you are.
